Sahil Khan Shares His Side Of Story After Being Accused Of Harassment By Bodybuilder Manoj Patil; Calls It 'Publicity Stunt With A Communal Angle'
Today, professional bodybuilder Manoj Patil had tried to commit suicide in the morning. He was immediately rushed to Cooper Hospital. In his suicide note, he blamed actor Sahil Khan and alleged harassment by him. According to a report in ETimes, he had even filed a police complaint against the actor in Mumbai. He had accused him of creating problems in his professional life. And now, Sahil came forward and shared his side of the story and called it a 'publicity stunt'.

In an interview with ETimes, Sahil Khan said, "I had met a boy named Raj Faujdar on a social networking site. He's from Delhi and had made a video that Manoj Patil took Rs 2 lakhs from him and sold him expired steroids after which had developed some heart problems and skin issues as well." He further mentioned that Faujdar has all the bills and receipts of financial transactions. Faujdar wanted social media support and that is why Sahil shared the video on his social media accounts asking others to support him. "I also said that the steroids racket should stop. Faujdar had said Manoj Patil was not returning his money and he had even sold his motorcycle to arrange for funds," added Sahil.

Sahil also stated that he found it strange that Patil has not mentioned Raj's name in his suicide note. The actor said that he has only helped the victim and despite this, Patil is taking only his name and there is no mention of Faujdar case at all. "All I have done is support the boy and stood against selling steroids since it's a crime in our country. What if the guy had died after consuming expired steroids? This could be a publicity stunt with a communal angle. I have had no direct association with Manoj, I have not had any transaction with him either," added Sahil.

Dismissing any claims that he's had a history with Patil, Sahil said, "I have supported a victim of expired steroids and the man who has committed the crime goes and attempts suicide and names in his note."
